The 17th iMig Conference was held in Philadelphia, USA, from 26–29 October 2025, under the theme “Fostering Global Collaboration.” The meeting brought together international clinicians, researchers, nurses, allied health professionals and patient advocates to discuss advances in mesothelioma research, treatment and supportive care. A major focus was on strengthening international collaboration, with structured networking sessions designed to develop new global research initiatives, including a translational research project and a clinical trial. Key topics included immunotherapy and novel treatments, biomarkers and precision medicine, the future role of surgery, symptom management and patient-centred care.
